Head of Logistics Assets (Leasing, Development, and Asset Management)

About the Role

We are collaborating with a prominent industrial real estate investment and development company that is expanding its footprint in Saudi Arabia. This organization specializes in creating, owning, and operating industrial parks, logistics warehouses, and custom-built facilities. Their strategic focus is on long-term ownership while delivering top-tier logistics assets. To support their growth, they are seeking an experienced Head of Logistics to oversee the logistics warehouse platform throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and define the strategy for logistics warehouse products aligned with market trends and client needs.
• Collaborate closely with development and engineering teams to ensure properties fulfill commercial and leasing objectives.
• Track market conditions, rental pricing, supply, and customer demand to inform strategic decisions.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with logistics operators, third-party logistics providers, e-commerce firms, retailers, and brokerage networks.
• Drive leasing efforts, maximize occupancy rates, and optimize rental income portfolio-wide.
• Identify and negotiate build-to-suit projects and pre-leasing arrangements with significant tenants.
• Lead lease negotiation processes including terms, incentives, and renewals.
• Supervise asset performance focusing on occupancy, net operating income, budgets, and value appreciation over time.
• Oversee external property and facilities management teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Recruit and lead a team dedicated to logistics asset management, leasing, and client development as the business expands.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is essential.
• Minimum of eight years’ experience in logistics or industrial real estate sectors.
• Proven expertise in leasing, client relationship management, and asset management functions.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics warehouse products and factors driving successful leasing outcomes.
• Well-established network within Saudi Arabia's logistics industry, including 3PLs, e-commerce operators, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
• Strong skills in commercial negotiations and relationship building.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is required.
