Key Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating, and training team members and trainees
• Monitoring staff performance in the housekeeping department
• Overseeing cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
• Managing laundry, uniforms, cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and other materials
• Ensuring quality standards and compliance
• Arranging necessary repairs and supervising their completion
• Managing lost and found items

Candidate Profile

• Be authentic and true to yourself
• Completed hotel industry training with relevant experience, ideally in a supervisory housekeeping role
• Proactive, motivated, and committed
• Strong team player
• Responsible and dependable
• Guest-focused with a high standard of quality awareness
• Organizational and planning skills
• Good command of German and English
