We seek a dedicated and experienced Hairdresser to deliver expert hair care and grooming services to our valued clients at Glamour Hauz Unisex Salon And Beauty Parlour in Nashik, Maharashtra. This role focuses on hair cutting, styling, and customer satisfaction with an emphasis on professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute hair cutting, trimming, shaving, and styling services.
• Advise clients on suitable hairstyles aligning with their preferences.
• Conduct hair washing, blow-drying, and administer basic hair treatments.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and workspace are maintained with utmost cleanliness and hygiene.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships to uphold excellent customer service.
• Keep abreast of current hair styling trends and techniques.
• Manage client appointments efficiently to guarantee punctual service.
• Adhere strictly to salon hygiene and safety protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

• Male candidates only.
• Educational qualification: 10th Pass or lower.
• Minimum professional experience of 2 years in relevant roles.
• No English language proficiency required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹30,000.
• Fixed salary component between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000.
• Performance incentives up to ₹5,000.
