Job Overview
The Guest Relation Executive acts as the initial point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm reception and assistance throughout their visit to enhance their overall experience. This position emphasizes exceptional customer service, addressing guest requests promptly, and resolving issues with courtesy.
Primary Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Support guests with check-in and check-out procedures as well as answer general inquiries.
- Efficiently manage and resolve any guest complaints while maintaining politeness.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to fulfill guest requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
- Provide detailed information about available services, facilities, and promotions.
- Ensure hospitality and service standards remain consistently high.
- Follow up on guest concerns to confirm resolution and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

Compensation
The salary offered ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 monthly, contingent on candidate experience and organizational policies.
