Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain neat and organized zones within the grocery department.
• Rotate stock regularly, vigilantly checking expiry dates to ensure product freshness.
• Confirm that all products have accurate signage and pricing displayed.
• Strictly follow food safety, handling, sanitation, and cleaning protocols.
• Handle processes such as ordering, clearance, price adjustments, labeling, and tagging correctly.
• Keep the department fully stocked and prepared for customer business hours.
• Comply with all Health and Safety standards and guidelines.
• Perform stock replenishment and downstocking as necessary, apply product protection where required, and set up shelving units including flexible modulars and shelf caps.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $16.15 per hour.

Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
