Role overview
This position offers the chance to join a design team that shapes the client experience through clear, engaging visuals grounded in best-practice, insight-led content. The ideal candidate is highly creative, self-driven, and comfortable solving problems visually so complex information becomes easier for audiences to absorb and act on. The work will include conceptual graphics, data visualizations, page layouts, and illustrations that help people make faster and smarter decisions and support stronger results on the organization’s key priorities.
What you will do
- Collaborate with internal partners and other designers in the in-house team to deliver polished work on time.
- Apply brand standards and core design principles to create visuals that support business goals.
- Review content prepared by stakeholders using a checklist to confirm quality and compliance.
- Create client-ready graphics, charts, data visuals, and layouts for assignments of low to moderate complexity.
- Develop visuals that are easy to understand with limited oversight, while taking on increasingly complex work over time.
- Work consultatively with internal stakeholders and teammates to refine solutions.
- Explain design choices and brand principles clearly.
- Exchange feedback constructively to strengthen design outcomes.
- Plan, organize, and manage assigned work efficiently.
- Use tracking and collaboration tools such as CPP and ClickUp to monitor timelines and coordinate expectations.
- Keep the manager informed on progress and raise any risks, blockers, or scope changes early.
- Handle other related duties as needed.
Qualifications
The role calls for a strong visual designer with a portfolio that shows an excellent design eye and the ability to turn content into attractive layouts, data visualizations, and conceptual graphics. The portfolio must include PowerPoint presentations created by the candidate. You should be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, and be comfortable presenting to internal and external professionals at all levels. Attention to detail, the ability to self-manage, and the capacity to juggle several projects in a busy, team-oriented environment are important. The role also requires comfort with both collaborative and independent work, experience interpreting complex data into visual form, and familiarity with visual storytelling, presentations, and user-centered design.
Technical skills
Strong proficiency is required in Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools is also needed, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
Work style and environment
The position is based in Irving, Texas and is onsite. It is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can manage multiple deadlines, and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining quality.
