Overview
Like It Love It Ltd is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative team based in Oval, London. This full-time, office-based role focuses on designing and delivering creative assets for a global portfolio of live event brands. The team values creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for visual storytelling, with opportunities to work on diverse campaign materials and event projects internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and adapt creative materials for digital, social media, print, and event marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with senior creatives to develop new event branding and visual identities.
- Create artwork for social campaigns, paid ads, event launches, websites, merchandise, signage, and internal presentations.
- Produce motion graphics, animations, and video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Incorporate AI-driven tools to enhance concept development, content creation, and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure consistency of brand visuals across a wide range of event brands.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, events, and entertainment teams to deliver high-quality design outputs.
- Contribute innovative ideas and participate in brainstorming for campaigns and future event concepts.
- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of graphic or visual design experience, with openness to exceptional candidates demonstrating strong skills and creativity.
- Robust portfolio featuring digital, branding, social media, marketing, and other creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
- Good grasp of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, branding, and visual communication.
- Interest and previous use of AI-driven creative tools and emerging design technologies.
- Ability to provide creative input beyond production—offering concepts and visual direction.
- Impeccable attention to detail with capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills suited for a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated, creative, and eager for continued personal and professional development.
- Passion for live events, entertainment, music, nightlife, festivals, or pop culture is advantageous.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with project management software such as Trello and Slack.
- Understanding of team workflows in creative project management.
- Experience in events, entertainment, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brand sectors.
- Knowledge of AI image generation and creative automation technologies.
- Photography, videography, or broader content production experience.

This role offers a dynamic environment where creativity is central, and rapid idea implementation is encouraged.
Working Hours and Location
This position requires working on-site at the Oval office from Monday to Friday. There is no option for remote or hybrid working.
