Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside CRM and Creative teams to craft engaging and innovative email designs aligned with commercial objectives.
• Ensure consistency and uphold brand standards across all digital assets and email communications.
• Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines in a brisk environment.
• Generate visually appealing graphics for websites, social channels, and digital advertising.
• Consult with stakeholders to clearly understand project requirements and goals.
• Oversee the approval workflow collaborating with various internal teams.
• Devise strategies to communicate targeted messages effectively.
• Design captivating animated GIFs.
• Adjust designs to be fully responsive and functional across diverse platforms including mobile and desktop.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in email and digital design to keep outputs fresh and contemporary.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a similar digital graphic design role, preferably within retail or e-commerce sectors.
• A strong passion for digital design and fashion-related content.
• Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator, with additional skills in After Effects.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Good grasp of responsive design techniques and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web standards.
• Excellent communication abilities with a focus on teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Detail-oriented approach paired with a sense of ownership to drive ongoing process improvements.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a lively setting.
