Key Responsibilities

• Create print design materials such as brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters, and packaging that are visually engaging and consistent with brand standards.
• Prepare design files for offset printing by adjusting technical specifications including color modes (CMYK), bleed, and file formatting.
• Manage design files to ensure correct resolution, dimensions, and file types using Adobe software like Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Conduct quality checks on designs to identify and correct errors such as misalignments or low-resolution images before printing.
• Collaborate with printing professionals to guarantee the fidelity of designs during printing and communicate with clients to incorporate feedback effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to print compatibility and design errors to prevent production delays.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly stipend in the range of 18,000 to 22,000 INR.
