Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Graphic Designer to become a part of our team. This position involves close collaboration with marketing, branding, and product departments to craft visually appealing designs that effectively convey our brand’s message and connect with our target customers. You will deliver top-quality graphics across multiple platforms including digital media, print materials, and social media channels.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop original and engaging designs for various formats such as websites, social media content, advertisements, brochures, banners, and packaging.
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all media and communication channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to guarantee that designs align with project goals, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate new design ideas, layouts, and visual concepts.
• Prepare and optimize design files for both print and digital distribution, ensuring compliance with required file specifications.
• Focus on improving user experience through design, especially for web and mobile platforms, by creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and techniques and apply them appropriately in projects.
• Incorporate feedback and perform revisions to perfect designs as requested by stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• At least four years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably gained in corporate, agency, freelance, or similar environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse expertise in print and digital designs, demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
• Keen attention to design details including aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
• Excellent time management skills, capable of handling several projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
• Creativity and innovative problem-solving abilities to bring fresh ideas to the design process.
• Educational background preferably includes a degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related disciplines.

Preferred Credentials

• Skill in motion graphics or video editing using software such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Experience with e-commerce design, mobile app interfaces, or UX/UI design.
• Knowledge of web design fundamentals and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
