Graduate Engineer Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and driven Graduate Trainee Engineers ready to embark on a professional engineering career. This position is designed especially for fresh engineering graduates who want extensive practical exposure along with technical skill enhancement through real-world assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in engineering operations, maintenance tasks, and project implementations.
• Learn and apply engineering techniques, comply with company protocols, and adhere to safety standards.
• Support senior engineers by contributing to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Engage in inspections, testing procedures, documentation, and preparation of reports.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple teams for successful completion of projects and operational goals.
• Participate actively in training sessions to improve both technical knowledge and professional skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Instrumentation, or equivalent.
• Exhibit strong analytical thinking and problem resolution capabilities.
• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Have fundamental familiarity with engineering software tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Maintain a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Additional Information

Experience: Fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience are eligible.
Employment Type: Full-time position.
Work Location: Chennai initially but also available in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Guwahati.
Compensation: Stipend ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 INR per month.
