Graduates participate in a one-week induction to understand the business, are paired with a buddy and coach, and connect with nearly 200 peers, becoming integral team members from day one. Role Overview

As a Graduate Consultant in the Strategy team, you will partner with leaders across public and private sectors to address critical challenges such as economic transformation, sustainability, commercial strategy, investment, and policy development. This role offers exposure to Strategy, Commercial Advisory, Sustainability, and Economics, building a strong analytical foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex strategic issues to generate insights that influence executive decisions
• Interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, economic impacts, commercial value, and risks
• Support development of investment cases, commercial strategies, sustainability initiatives, or system-wide transformation programmes
• Prepare compelling materials for discussions with senior leaders
• Contribute in small, agile teams with significant ownership and visibility
• Engage with stakeholders through interviews and workshops to diagnose issues and co-create solutions
• Collaborate internally to incorporate innovative thinking and global perspectives

This is a hands-on role with early responsibility, fostering growth as both an analyst and strategic thinker.
