Role Overview

As a Global Sales and Operations Analyst based in Doha, you will analyze and report on the commercial, operational, and financial performance of Qatar Airways Cargo’s global accounts and specialized product lines. Your work will support global account managers and other key stakeholders by monitoring performance, generating reports, assisting in process improvements, and ensuring business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data relating to commercial, operational, and financial aspects, producing dashboards, detailed reports, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operational teams to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements, tracking performance effectively, and maintaining business continuity measures.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders regarding sales policies, contract management, customer profiles, tender processes, RFQs, and service performance evaluations.
• Contribute to the advancement of digitalization, automation, and training initiatives across the cargo network.
• Provide assistance in resolving commercial and revenue issues while ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• A minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with at least four years of relevant work experience.
• Background in sales, operations, or technical environments.
• A solid understanding of the airline cargo value chain and demonstrated strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills, as well as proficiency in presentation and planning.
• Preferably knowledgeable in market trends, cargo product lines, and awareness of the competitive landscape.
