Role Summary

We seek an accomplished Global MSP Program Director to manage a sizable, multinational MSP engagement. This role demands leadership over strategy, operational excellence, and ongoing program enhancements while navigating intricate stakeholder relationships. The candidate must have extensive experience in global workforce solutions, operational mastery, and executive stakeholder influence capabilities, ensuring scalability, compliance, and strategic workforce alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive global MSP program across multiple regions, business units, and supplier networks.
• Oversee entire program execution, including workforce planning, supplier collaboration, invoicing, and financial processes.
• Collaborate with executive leaders from Procurement, Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition to align MSP strategy with organizational goals.
• Implement and govern frameworks such as QBRs, MBRs, and executive steering committees globally.
• Champion operational excellence through process enhancements, workflow approvals, and compliance oversight.
• Utilize data analytics and market insights to guide strategic decisions and enhance program performance.
• Develop and apply strategies for cost savings and avoidance while preserving service quality.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, global labor laws, and co-employment regulations.
• Lead initiatives for transformation including VMS optimization, technology adoption, and standardizing processes.
• Guide and support cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Essential Requirements

• Seven to ten or more years of experience in workforce solutions, MSP, RPO, Procurement, or management consulting.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-level global MSP programs spanning several regions.
• In-depth knowledge of contingent workforce strategies, supplier ecosystems, and VMS platforms like Fieldglass and Beeline.
• Strong grasp of international labor laws, compliance demands, and risk mitigation approaches.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Advanced data analysis skills, transforming insights into meaningful actions.
• Experience leading diverse, distributed global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in business or related fields.
