Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and influential Group Head of HR Business Partners to work closely with senior leadership and business heads throughout the organization. This role is pivotal in enhancing organizational effectiveness, boosting workforce productivity, strengthening leadership capabilities, managing performance, developing talent, and spearheading cultural change.

The perfect candidate balances strategic insight with practical execution skills and has a demonstrated history of supporting high-growth companies in scaling effectively by optimizing people, organizational structure, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive organizational evaluations to uncover gaps in structure, capabilities, and efficiency.
  • Design and execute organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and improvements to operating models in alignment with business strategies.
  • Collaborate with executives to refine organizational layers, enhance spans of control, establish accountability structures, and improve decision-making systems.
  • Lead programs that foster organizational agility, promote cross-functional teamwork, and enhance execution effectiveness.
  • Develop, implement, and continually refine a company-wide performance management system.
  • Work with leadership to translate strategic goals into measurable objectives at organizational, department, and individual levels.
  • Drive the development, alignment, monitoring, and execution of OKRs and KPIs across departments.
  • Establish accountability frameworks to elevate business results and organizational performance.
  • Use data analytics to identify performance trends and make informed intervention suggestions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational and talent-related decisions.
  • Partner with business units to evaluate organizational capabilities and pinpoint critical talent shortages.
  • Lead initiatives such as talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
  • Assist leaders in enhancing key talent, building strong teams, and improving management skills.
  • Formulate strategies to attract, retain, and develop elite talent in competitive markets.
  • Champion company-wide efforts to improve workforce productivity and organizational efficiency.
  • Create frameworks and metrics to measure the effectiveness of people and returns on talent investment.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to optimize resource allocation, team functioning, and overall productivity.
  • Promote a high-performance culture focused on impact, accountability, and continuous advancement.
  • Drive programs that strengthen corporate culture, employee engagement, and organizational well-being.
  • Develop initiatives that reinforce company values, leadership standards, and expected behaviors.
  • Collaborate with leaders to cultivate an inclusive, cooperative, and high-performing workplace.
  • Lead change management during phases of rapid growth and transformation.
  • Work directly with the CEO, executive team, and business leaders on strategic workforce planning and challenges.
  • Advise on organizational risks, talent impacts, and transformation projects.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and people strategies across all functions and regions.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of HR Business Partners equipped to support future organizational expansion.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Over 12 years of progressive experience in HR, including significant leadership in HR Business Partner roles within fast-paced, performance-centric companies.
  • Previous experience in electronic payments, fintech, digital banking, cryptocurrency, financial technology, or other regulated digital finance industries is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated history of collaboration with CEOs, founders, executive teams, and business leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, and execution of business priorities.
  • Proven skills in organizational analysis, restructuring, workforce productivity enhancements, leadership development, and culture transformation.
  • Strong expertise in OKR/KPI frameworks, performance review processes, talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership growth initiatives.
  • Experience supporting multi-country, regional, or corporate group-level HR organizations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent English communication skills including the ability to engage global stakeholders, prepare executive presentations, and influence senior leadership effectively.
