Position Overview

Join us as the Global Culture and Regional Experience Lead, where you will play a key role connecting workplace operations with our organizational culture. In this hybrid position, you will serve as the APAC Regional Workplace Lead while also leading the Global Center of Excellence (CoE) for Employee Experience (EX). Your contributions will shape the company’s culture globally through engagement initiatives and culture champion networks, while locally ensuring our offices operate smoothly to foster exceptional employee performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete strategy for global employee engagement surveys, analyzing pulse data to generate actionable insights and collaborating with regional PBP teams and leadership to drive cultural enhancements.
  • Develop and expand an international Culture Champions network across all global offices to synchronize localized initiatives with core company values.
  • Design and implement strategic global events, celebrations, and connections that emphasize retention and strengthen team cohesion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional leads and the people services team to embed cultural milestones into fundamental HR processes such as onboarding and company initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations including facilities oversight, space planning, health and safety adherence, and vendor management across your region.
  • Ensure the office environment is vibrant and efficient, mirroring corporate culture and supporting local team needs.
  • Oversee and control the local operations budget, including expenses for office supplies, snacks, catering, and community events within the region.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of three years' experience in workplace management, people operations, employee engagement, or corporate event strategy.
  • Strong ability to analyze employee feedback data such as eNPS and engagement metrics, transforming these insights into practical workplace initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills proven by building cross-functional communities across diverse global regions.
  • Effective project management skills to balance strategic cultural planning with the practical aspects of office management.
