Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager for Sales to lead the dealership's sales operations. The role focuses on achieving steady growth in sales volume, increasing market share, and enhancing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and surpass monthly as well as annual sales goals.
• Lead, inspire, and hold the sales team accountable for their performance.
• Promote customer engagement through generating enquiries, conducting follow-ups, arranging test rides, finalizing bookings, and enhancing conversion rates.
• Track daily sales outcomes using MIS tools and ensure strict discipline in CRM and DMS processes.
• Elevate team productivity, improve conversion ratios, and enrich overall customer experience.
• Identify any performance shortfalls promptly and execute appropriate corrective measures.
• Create a focused, disciplined, and goal-oriented sales culture.
• Collaborate with TVS management to effectively implement company initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will have over 8 years of experience in automobile or dealership sales, demonstrating solid leadership abilities, consistent sales execution, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Compensation and Location
