Game Quality Assurance Tester

Position Summary

Seeking a Gameplay Data Capture Specialist to join on a contract basis. This remote role involves playing leading AAA games to collect detailed gameplay data using proprietary tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with various high-profile AAA games to systematically record gameplay data employing in-house software.
• Accurately log, organize, and annotate game sessions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with peers and team leaders, offering clear and timely feedback.
• Identify and resolve technical problems related to recording and data capture procedures.
• Ensure secure storage, proper cataloging, and transfer of data files following project protocols.
• Maintain consistent, clear communication both verbally and in writing with the remote customer team.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for and experience with AAA games, including possession of required titles for this project.
• Exceptional gameplay skills with the ability to adhere strictly to data capture instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, characterized by clarity, promptness, and attention to detail.
• Access to a high-performance computer capable of running and recording cutting-edge AAA games smoothly.
• Familiarity with gameplay recording or data capture tools is advantageous.
• Highly self-driven, disciplined, and dependable in a fully remote work setting.
• Robust problem-solving abilities and flexibility to adapt to dynamic or fast-evolving situations.
• Ownership of a gaming PC that can handle the latest AAA titles at high resolutions efficiently.

Compensation and Commitment

This contract position offers an hourly wage between $10 and $18 with a workload ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.
