Overview
Executive Aviation is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Fuel Agent to join our team at the London, Ontario location. Ideal candidates will have a passion for aviation, excellent customer service skills, and the flexibility to work varied shifts in our 24/7 operation. This is a full-time onsite role reporting directly to the FBO Manager.
Responsibilities
- Greet pilots warmly, provide exceptional customer support, and respond to customer emails.
- Guide aircraft during arrival (marshalling) and refuel aircraft according to established WFS procedures.
- Perform ground services including GPU operation, lavatory servicing, potable water supply, and aircraft grooming.
- Manage fueling priorities and fuel ground support equipment such as trucks with diesel fuel.
- Handle aviation fuel additive FSII and bulk refuelers (fuel stored in truck tanks).
- Conduct snow removal operations on site.
- Monitor and maintain aviation fuel quantities in fuel trucks, tank farms, fuel reservoir, and drums.
- Operate fuel trucks safely to service larger aircraft.
- Complete accurate gas ticket documentation and execute quality and safety inspections ensuring cleanliness and damage checks.
- Respond to after-hours incoming aircraft requests as necessary.
- Move, reposition, and handle aircraft on ramps and within hangars.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid provincial driver’s license with a clean driving record; a DZ license is advantageous.
- Availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Previous experience in aviation or mechanical roles is preferred.
- Background in gasoline or fuel handling is beneficial.
- Ability to meet employment conditions: Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada, clear criminal background check, valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
Compensation and Benefits
