Role Overview
The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, while also supporting reception, office coordination, and travel-related administration. The role requires someone who can keep the front desk organized, manage day-to-day communication, and assist with smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and visitors courteously and professionally.
- Receive, route, and filter incoming calls to the right team or person.
- Keep the reception space neat, presentable, and well-organized.
- Manage mail, courier items, deliveries, and other incoming or outgoing correspondence.
- Organize meetings, conference room reservations, and visitor scheduling.
- Track visitor entries, security passes, and access cards according to company rules.
- Plan and support staff travel, including flight, stay, transport, and itinerary arrangements.
- Coordinate with travel vendors or agencies to obtain efficient and economical bookings.
- Compile travel expense statements and maintain supporting records.
- Assist with routine administrative work such as data entry, document filing, photocopying, and office supply tracking.
- Work with housekeeping and facilities teams to ensure reception and shared areas remain well maintained.
- Take on other tasks assigned by management to help daily office operations run smoothly.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in reception, front desk, or administrative support is preferred.
- Prior exposure to travel planning or booking will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills are important.
- Comfort with MS Office tools such as Word and Excel, along with basic office devices like printers, phones, and scanners, is expected.
- A polished demeanor and positive professional attitude are required.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage time efficiently is needed.
Eligibility
This position is open to any graduate who matches the preferred experience and skill profile.
Compensation
The offered salary range is INR 3,50,000 to INR 5,50,000 per year.
