About the Role
This position involves managing reception and billing operations at an Ayurveda hospital setting, ensuring smooth front office functioning and patient coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee patient reception and billing processes efficiently.
- Maintain appointment logs using registers, Excel sheets, and designated software tools.
- Follow established protocols and monitor patient consultations.
- Coordinate daily outpatient department activities at the front office.
- Inform patients regarding their appointment schedules with consultants.
- Provide information on cancer treatments and related services available in the hospital.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and grievances before concluding the shift.
Candidate Profile and Expectations
- Graduate with 3 to 6 years of prior experience as a front office executive or receptionist in hospital environments.
- Conduct observational rounds to monitor patient arrivals and hospital traffic.
- Proactively suggest improvements to front office operations.
- Effectively multitask and collaborate with other departments.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by supervisors as needed.
- Experience in hospital settings preferred with availability for immediate joining.
