As the initial and final point of contact for all clients, you will foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensure the studio maintains its premium aesthetics, and play a crucial part in converting trial clients into memberships.

The new Galleria Mall location represents our regional growth strategy, and you will be part of the foundational team supporting this expansion.

Role and Responsibilities

• Greet clients by name when possible and facilitate smooth check-ins, providing orientation on studio facilities and equipment to newcomers.
• Drive sales by converting inquiries, walk-ins, and promotional offers into memberships and packages while meeting individual sales targets and promoting retail and wellness bar products.
• Maintain studio hygiene and presentation by ensuring reformers are reset and sanitized, supplies (such as towels) are adequately stocked, and all areas including changing rooms and reception remain spotless throughout the day, while reporting maintenance concerns promptly.
• Manage client communications across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media, responding promptly and managing bookings, cancellations, waitlists, and membership administration within the booking system.
• Operate the wellness bar by preparing and serving coffee and smoothies consistently, maintaining cleanliness and inventory, making it an appealing area for clients to relax after classes.
• Support class logistics by ensuring timely starts and finishes, discreetly handling late arrivals, assisting instructors, and managing operational challenges proactively.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated hospitality aptitude with over 1 year of experience in hospitality, retail, fitness, or wellness front desk roles, able to create a warm and attentive environment.
• Confident and comfortable with sales responsibilities, including natural upselling and eagerness to actively meet or exceed sales goals.
• Dependable and punctual with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts, embodying reliability within the team.
• Highly observant and accountable, proactively addressing studio upkeep and operational details without supervision.
• Energetic and composed, maintaining a positive demeanor during busy or early/late shifts.
• Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written; Arabic language skills considered a major plus.
• Familiarity with booking and CRM systems such as MarianaTek, Mindbody, or comparable platforms, with a swift ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Barista skills and experience in coffee and smoothie preparation strongly preferred.
