About the Role
We are seeking a personable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join a local dental clinic based in Dublin 17. This part-time role requires working 3.5 days per week with flexibility regarding which days are worked. The position offers an opportunity to thrive in a patient-centered environment, providing exceptional front-of-house service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Duties
- Warmly greet patients, establishing a professional and friendly first impression.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain an up-to-date patient diary.
- Handle incoming calls and email inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Manage patient registrations and process payments efficiently.
- Assist the clinical team with necessary administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills combined with a polite and professional demeanor.
- High proficiency in IT with confidence in utilizing computer systems.
- Capable of working flexibly during the assigned 3.5-day schedule.
- Previous experience in dental, medical, or clinical settings is highly advantageous.
Additional Information
This role is based onsite in Dublin 17 and offers hourly compensation ranging between €16 and €20, depending on experience. Immediate start is possible for suitable candidates.
