Role Summary

The Front Desk Executive will be the first person guests meet and will help create memorable experiences for children and families. This role includes welcoming visitors, supporting front-desk operations, sharing information, handling ticket sales, and answering phone enquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the Hoppi® brand at the front desk and help ensure every visitor interaction is welcoming, culturally respectful, inclusive, and memorable.
  • Stay informed about Hoppi® attractions, promotions, campaigns, and events, and explain them clearly and confidently to guests.
  • Greet and guide visitors with courtesy, helping them understand the venue, exhibit zones, and program offerings.
  • Deliver strong guest service by anticipating visitor needs and supporting their journey through the venue.
  • Help build a positive, team-focused, visitor-first culture.
  • Address guest questions and complaints, and work to resolve concerns in a calm and friendly manner.
  • Gather visitor feedback and suggestions and share them appropriately.
  • Observe and report visitor patterns and trends.
