Founding Head – Catering Operations & Expansion

About the Role

We are developing a pioneering platform centered on live catering experiences, starting with our signature Live Kunafa Counters and set to grow into an array of distinct live culinary concepts. Our mission is to establish premium live catering standards through technological innovations, robust training, efficient operations, and a widespread city network. This will empower caterers across India to deliver innovative and consistently high-quality food experiences. The selected candidate will be instrumental in realizing this vision from inception.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee comprehensive multi-city catering operations nationwide.
• Recruit, train, and supervise City Heads, on-ground teams, and gig workforce.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting frameworks, quality audits, and operational dashboards.
• Manage production planning, logistics coordination, inventory control, and asset transportation.
• Ensure operational excellence in execution while driving continuous enhancement in efficiency and scalability.

Candidate Profile

• 8 to 12 years’ experience in catering, hospitality, event operations, or sectors requiring intensive manpower management.
• Proven ability in leading dispersed teams across various cities.
• Deep knowledge of operations management, logistics, inventory oversight, and workforce planning.
• Skilled in designing processes, training teams, and executing responsibilities with full ownership.
• Adept at thriving in dynamic startup environments including frequent travel requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly CTC ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹75,000.
• Travel allowances including TA/DA and extra outstation allowances.
• Incentives and milestone rewards amounting up to 6 lakhs per season.
