FUNDED is a fast-expanding FinTech firm focused on assisting startups and scale-ups with one of their most pressing needs: fundraising. Our goal is to lead the way in non-dilutive fundraising by blending top-tier consulting with our innovative SaaS platform.

Our services include:

• Grant Funding: Helping clients obtain up to 15 million euros in tax-exempt, non-dilutive government grants.
• Debt Fundraising: Assisting clients with raising venture debt via our network, processes, and documentation support.
• FundedOS: A proprietary SaaS that facilitates our consulting services and functions as a stand-alone platform for clients opting for a self-service model.

Our clientele features over 80 leading, well-funded tech startups and scale-ups in Germany, including notable companies like Celonis, Twaice, and Wandelbots.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Founder’s Associate, you will collaborate closely with our Founders Associate (formerly with Roland Berger) and the founder. Your duties will comprise:

• Owning and enhancing People operations encompassing hiring strategies through contract signing.
• Leading the marketing initiatives, defining strategic marketing objectives and executing campaigns.
• Managing accounting and financial responsibilities, including record keeping and invoice processing.
• Supporting and optimizing sales workflows, pipelines, and CRM tools.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

• Native proficiency in the German language.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in business, finance, or related disciplines.
• Completed at least one internship or student employment position in sectors such as consulting, banking, investment firms, or VC-backed ventures.

Additional Information
