Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pre-Production Coordinator specializing in diamond jewelry. This professional thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and possesses strong interpersonal talents to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CAD team to organize and prepare customer orders for CAD designing.
• Coordinate with the sales team to gather detailed design specifications.
• Convert 2D ring sketches into precise written instructions for CAD modeling.
• Examine and approve finished CAD models to ensure conformity with design standards.
• Provide constructive feedback on CAD models that fall short of design criteria.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in fine jewelry production.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to inspect 3D model files critically for accuracy.
• Knowledgeable in fine jewelry terminology and design principles.
• Capability to anticipate potential manufacturing challenges based on CAD models.
• Skill in interpreting sketches accurately to ensure correct 3D translation.
• Experience using Matrix or Rhino 3DM CAD software.
• Understanding of fine jewelry craftsmanship and tolerances.
• Experience in bench jewelry making is considered advantageous.

Compensation and Work Conditions

• Monthly salary ranging from USD 700 to 1,000, depending on experience.
• This is a fully remote position.
