Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Origain Global Corp IT Solutions is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive with 1 to 4 years of experience. This full-time position involves working in various locations based on company needs, focusing on IT software sales including HRMS, ERP, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in sales and business development activities to drive revenue growth.
• Generate leads and successfully close sales deals through effective communication and negotiation.
• Conduct field sales operations to meet and exceed targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT software sales.
• Familiarity with HRMS, ERP, or CRM software sales is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills coupled with negotiation abilities.
• Field sales experience is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000.
• Earn bonuses up to ₹1,000 for every closed deal.
• Monthly incentives ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹50,000 or more.
