Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Mediscience Devices is seeking a Field Sales Executive to actively promote and sell ophthalmic equipment. The position requires visiting eye care professionals, hospitals, and optical stores to boost sales and establish meaningful professional connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to eye doctors, hospitals, and optical counters to showcase products.
• Market and sell ophthalmic equipment while clearly explaining product features to clients.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers to finalize sales.
• Generate promising leads and transform them into sales.
• Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients.
• Meet sales targets and work towards increasing market presence.
• Provide basic product information and assist clients when needed.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Applicants aged between 18 and 38 years.
• Open to all genders.
• Minimum education of 12th pass; preference for Science graduates or holders of Diplomas in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
• Basic proficiency in English is necessary.
• Open to candidates without prior experience.
• Willingness to work full-time during day shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 18,000 depending on experience and skills.
• Performance-based incentives up to INR 10,000.
• Additional perks include travel allowance, petrol allowance, mobile and internet allowances, health insurance, meal provisions, and accommodation support.
