Business Development Executive Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive specializing in field sales marketing to join our team in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. This role requires the candidate to actively engage in on-ground merchant onboarding and revisits, focusing on selling sound boxes and upgrading to smart boxes directly at customer locations.

Job Details and Benefits

• Work type: Field sales marketing requiring two-wheeler ownership to travel to client locations.
• Monthly salary structure: gross compensation around ₹20,000 including in-hand salary of ₹16,500, travel allowance of ₹2,500, and incentives ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 based on performance.
• Fixed weekly off on Sundays.
• Salary credited on the first of every month.
• Promotion opportunities available within 3 months contingent on performance.

Requirements and Restrictions

• Prior experience specifically in field sales is mandatory.
• Minimum education requirement is completion of 12th grade.
• Applicants must be male.
• Call for regular visits to merchants and clients’ venues to secure sales.
