About the Role

Nivritti Organic Farms invites enthusiastic and assertive individuals to join as Field Sales Executives to champion our premium Bilona A2 Cow Ghee in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit diverse locations including homes, apartments, offices, events, exhibitions, and temples to showcase and promote our products.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and tastings to engage potential customers.
- Educate customers about our product attributes, farming methods, quality assurance, and benefits.
- Proactively acquire new customers through direct engagement and personal selling techniques.
- Organize and handle promotional booths at events and exhibitions.
- Follow up on prospects, turning inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Foster lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain comprehensive daily logs of visits, leads, orders, and sales.
- Actively represent and promote the Nivritti Organic Farms brand within the local market.
Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal communication skills combined with persuasive ability.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable initiating contact with new individuals.
- Willing and able to travel locally to perform sales duties.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is advantageous; however, fresh candidates with effective communication are welcome.
- Experience related to FMCG, food, dairy, or premium consumer products will be a plus.
- Preference given to female applicants.
Compensation Details
This position offers a fixed monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 30,000, supplemented with attractive sales incentives and commission based on performance.
Additional Information
This is a hands-on field sales position requiring personal interaction with customers rather than an office-based desk role. Candidates must be comfortable engaging face-to-face while actively driving sales.
