Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition efforts in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves engaging potential clients through various channels, conducting face-to-face meetings, and nurturing relationships to boost the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads within the designated territory using cold calls, emails, chats, and doorstep visits.
• Arrange and conduct in-person meetings to effectively present and sell company offerings aligned with customer needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and gain referrals.
• Participate in field sales activities with an incentive opportunity of up to INR 6000.
• Engage with new members of Paytm as part of sales outreach.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between INR 18000 to INR 36000, with additional incentives based on performance.
