Role overview
This position is for a field sales professional focused on working with retailers in a defined territory in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role centers on building retailer relationships, supporting onboarding, sharing customer feedback with internal teams, and consistently meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and manage retailers smoothly within the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with retailers.
- Gather customer feedback and pass it to the appropriate internal teams to help enhance the customer experience.
