Field Operations Executive

Key responsibilities

• Present the Instant Discharge offering, check case eligibility, and support conversion of qualified cases.
• Own assigned instant discharge cases from start to finish and make sure every operational step is completed correctly.
• Gather, confirm, and upload all necessary hospital documents, including pre-authentication papers, bill estimates, final bills, discharge summaries, and the final insurance approval letter.
• Keep document uploads accurate and timely on the portal while adhering to the required turnaround time and process rules.
• Work closely with hospital insurance counters, billing teams, TPAs, and central operations to keep cases moving.
• Monitor pending cases and resolve any missing paperwork or process delays proactively.
• Operate in line with standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
