Export Sales Executive - Africa, Europe & CIS Countries

Role Overview

We are seeking an Export Sales Executive to spearhead our export operations targeting Africa, Europe, and CIS nations. The role involves formulating and implementing export sales strategies, expanding our global customer base, and enhancing distributor networks across these regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive export sales plans for designated territories including Africa, Europe, and CIS countries.
• Identify and capitalize on new business prospects to enlarge the customer and distributor portfolio.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with international clients to foster long-term business engagements.
• Attain set sales goals and boost revenue and profit margins within assigned export domains.
• Conduct extensive market analysis to track industry developments, evaluate competitor strategies, and understand customer needs.
• Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with overseas clients through effective communication.
• Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to reinforce business connections.
• Develop periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and management information system (MIS) reports for leadership review.
• Handle client grievances promptly providing excellent after-sales service support.
• Undertake international travel to network with customers, explore new markets, and strengthen existing partnerships.

Essential Requirements

• Demonstrable expertise and prior experience in the paper industry is compulsory.
