About the Role
Unateus is an international fulfillment and logistics business working across multiple African markets. The company is looking for seasoned telesales professionals who can confidently convert warm leads, increase order value through upselling, and consistently deliver against key performance goals.
This position is designed for candidates who are comfortable speaking with customers who have already shown interest in the products. It is a full-time role with a strong focus on results, where performance will be judged by sales outcomes, call quality, and achievement of KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Finalize sales conversations and secure customer orders.
- Recommend and sell additional health products when appropriate.
- Maintain timely follow-up communication with interested customers.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Keep CRM entries accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in telesales, sales call center work, or outbound sales.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong spoken English and proficiency in at least one widely spoken local language.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools or platforms.
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer, smartphone, and headset.
- Dependable high-speed internet connection, along with backup power availability.
