Experience Manager

Position Overview

Ember Lifestyle, a company specializing in luxury travel and experiential design, is looking for an Experience Manager based in Doha, Qatar. This full-time role centers on managing daily operations for VVIP guests, ensuring flawless logistics and premium concierge services. The position demands a proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail to guarantee exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic environment.

Key Duties

• Manage and execute exclusive VIP itineraries encompassing transportation, restaurant and venue bookings, activities, and tailor-made experiences.
• Deliver prompt and high-quality concierge services, adeptly handling last-minute modifications and operational challenges with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Act as the primary liaison for guests and their representatives, maintaining polished and protocol-compliant communications.
• Collaborate closely with hotels, chauffeurs, aviation providers, cultural institutions, security personnel, and premium vendors.
• Prepare essential operational documents such as daily movement schedules, confirmations, preference records, and provide real-time updates.
• Assist in hosting responsibilities during key moments like arrivals, departures, engagements, and events to ensure seamless transitions and guest comfort.
• Escalate complex issues to senior management while maintaining control of situations to uphold consistent service standards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and consistently observe luxury service etiquette.
• Contribute to refining operational processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and mapping guest experiences for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in VIP hospitality, luxury concierge service, premium travel operations, or guest relations within the GCC region.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to excel in fast-moving, high-pressure settings with availability for 24/7 service demands.
• Knowledge of Qatar's luxury market, cultural customs, and key service partnerships.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is considered a significant advantage.
