Role Overview

The Executive (Youth Development) is essential in fostering youth participation, managing volunteers, and executing large-scale programmes. This position is accountable for all phases of the volunteer lifecycle, including recruitment, training, deployment, and engagement, while creating youth-centric initiatives that promote leadership, skill-building, and positive community impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, and implement youth development and volunteer programmes in collaboration with strategic partners ensuring alignment with developmental goals.
