Executive - Finance (COT)

About the Role

As a Finance Executive at Liebherr Tower Cranes in Pune, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of accounts receivable and payable, treasury operations, and supplier data maintenance. The role requires close coordination with sales teams and suppliers to ensure timely invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer invoicing, including debt collection and tracking of outstanding payments.
• Generate and dispatch outgoing invoices while monitoring special agreements or discounts.
• Monitor daily incoming payments and conduct dunning processes.
• Collaborate with sales teams regarding overdue customer accounts.
• Process incoming supplier invoices, verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Review and preliminarily post travel expense claims, ensuring proper communication and posting.
• Prepare payment batches and conduct reconciliation of accounts payable.
• Maintain supplier master data within the SES system.
• Conduct regular bank account reconciliations and match transactions with accounting records.
• Address open item clarifications and discrepancies and maintain account overviews and liquidity planning.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Interim qualification in Chartered Accountancy (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or ACCA, or an MBA in Finance.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, accounting principles, compliance standards, ERP systems, data analysis, and auditing processes.
