We are currently seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to our senior sales leadership team across EMEA. This fast-paced, high-growth role involves anticipating executive needs, managing priorities strategically, and independently resolving ambiguities. You will serve as the "Face of the Executive Office," crafting exceptional experiences for significant clients and executive prospects to facilitate impactful sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and manage executive scheduling by reviewing calendars to prioritize critical meetings, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives.
- Compose high-level communications on behalf of leadership.
- Participate in essential meetings to coordinate logistics and consolidate follow-up actions effectively.
- Plan and coordinate complex multi-city travel itineraries maximizing productivity and ensuring compliance with international regulations and visa policies.
- Proactively identify cost efficiencies related to travel and meetings to align spending with departmental goals.
- Oversee financial approvals and liaise with finance teams on vendor relations and invoicing processes.
- Collaborate with sales operations to deliver accurate reporting and forecasting on sales metrics for executive leadership.
- Manage personalized VIP experiences for prominent customers and C-suite prospects to expedite sales cycles.
- Coordinate comprehensive customer experiences at major EMEA sales events, including venue selection based on branding and measuring return on investment post-event.
- Manage logistics and attendance for select high-level events, ensuring smooth operational execution.
- Lead cross-departmental alignment initiatives and oversee specialized projects.
- Develop impactful presentations and concise executive summaries to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience providing strategic executive support, ideally within fast-growing SaaS companies or international corporate environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in Business Administration or related fields.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
- Experienced in Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and Clari platforms, particularly for data management, reporting, and forecasting functions.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated base salary range is between £25,000 and £75,000 GBP, with actual pay determined by experience, qualifications, peer benchmarks, and prevailing market conditions. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded recognizing individual and company achievements.
