About Titan CEO
Titan CEO creates private experiences and roundtables for CEOs, along with small-group programs led by instructors for its members. These groups meet on a monthly or quarterly basis and are built to support executives through practical curriculum, business-growth guidance, and solutions to day-to-day leadership challenges. The organization also offers executive coaching, senior-level networking, and retreats.
The Titan 100 is a regional recognition program that highlights 100 outstanding CEOs and C-level leaders. It includes an awards celebration, recurring opportunities to connect during the year, publication in the Titan 100 Book, personal online profiles, and visibility across several platforms, venues, and organizations.
About the Role
This position is suited to someone who enjoys delivering strong customer service, creating memorable experiences, and working closely with senior executives. The role serves as the main connection point for Titans, the program, and event activity. The company is looking for someone who is experienced, calm, well-organized, efficient, and committed to going beyond expectations while building trusted relationships with clients.
The Event Manager will support the Program Director(s) and help execute one of the country’s most respected executive recognition programs. The work spans several markets and includes planning engaging events, strengthening community among top CEOs and C-level leaders, driving nominations, managing vendors, and traveling to support event execution.
What the Job Involves
- Coordinate award events that are polished, memorable, and professionally executed.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-profile business leaders.
- Support nomination efforts and help highlight successful stories.
- Handle vendor coordination and negotiations.
- Assist with sponsorship outreach and event experience planning.
- Travel as needed to help deliver events across different markets.
- Work closely with the Program Director(s) and the broader team to keep projects moving.
- Maintain detailed timelines, spreadsheets, and task lists to ensure smooth delivery.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-moving environments. They should be confident making calls, highly persistent, and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful, close-knit team. A strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and a passion for executive-facing work are important.
Qualifications
- Genuine interest in working with CEOs and other C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent amount of relevant industry experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, events, or a similar field.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clear, professional communication skills in both speaking and writing.
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize work, stay organized, manage time, and coordinate projects.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service mindset.
Compensation
The total compensation for this position is in the range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, combining base pay with performance-based earnings such as commission.
Selection Process
As part of the hiring process, candidates are asked to complete a short Culture Index Survey that takes approximately 10 to 12 minutes. The survey is intended to help assess strengths relevant to the role.
