Job Summary

We are seeking an Estimation Proposal Engineer to oversee the entire bidding process from submission through to award. The role involves creating detailed techno-commercial proposals encompassing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimations, as well as steering the preparation of tenders and facilitating the selection of EPC contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee management of the bidding process from the initial submission to final award.
Develop comprehensive techno-commercial proposals including preparation of BOQ and accurate cost estimates.
Lead tender preparation activities including identifying and selecting suitable EPC contractors.
