English Language Specialist (Remote)

Role Summary

We are looking for an English Language Specialist on a contract basis to transcribe and edit audio materials with precision and care. This remote position allows you the flexibility to work from any location while delivering high-quality transcription services.

Primary Duties

• Convert audio recordings into well-formatted and accurate English transcripts.
• Review and refine transcriptions for correct grammar, punctuation, and overall clarity.
• Follow client-specific transcription guidelines and uphold established standards.
• Manage sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion.
• Deliver transcription assignments punctually as per deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent fluency in English with strong listening comprehension capabilities.
• Previous experience in transcription, proofreading, or editing roles.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to adhere to detailed instructions.
• Typing proficiency with a speed of at least 60 words per minute.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
