Electrical Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to contribute to the full spectrum of electrical system projects, including design, development, testing, and maintenance. The chosen candidate will ensure electrical solutions align with technical, safety, and project standards through close collaboration with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create electrical circuits, systems, and components tailored to various uses while adhering to engineering codes and regulations.
• Develop technical drawings, specifications, and calculations using specialized engineering software.
• Evaluate existing electrical designs to find areas for efficiency improvements and stronger reliability.
• Engage in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and assessing performance of electrical systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Work collaboratively with mechanical engineers, project leaders, technicians, and procurement staff to achieve smooth project execution and delivery.
• Support preventive maintenance programs, monitor electrical equipment health, and aid in risk assessments.
• Participate in design reviews and guarantee all engineering work complies with quality control and safety protocols.
• Maintain precise technical documentation and generate engineering reports.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and stay updated on current technologies, industry movements, and engineering best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering concepts including power distribution, control systems, and circuit design.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, regulatory frameworks, and standard engineering guidelines.
• Experience with electrical design and CAD software tools.
• Capability to read and interpret electrical schematics and detailed technical documents.
• Knowledge in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and validating electrical systems.
• Experience or familiarity with automation elements such as PLCs and industrial control systems is advantageous.
• Insight into renewable energy technologies, power electronics, or energy management systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capacities.
