Electrical Construction Supervisor

Overview

The role of Electrical Construction Supervisor involves overseeing and directing foremen and teams engaged in discipline-specific construction activities, primarily within the NPCC construction operations. The position requires managing the work of Charge Hands and Artisans, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, craft quality, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, guidance, and monitoring of foremen executing specialized construction tasks under the NPCC function.
• Oversee and coordinate the discipline-based work of Charge Hands and Artisans involved in construction operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with approved safety measures, craft standards, and on-time completion of work.
• Formulate daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules, organize workforce allocation, delegate duties, and track performance to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Compile detailed reports on completed work for senior management review.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to welding, painting, and commissioning using technical knowledge and experience.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Secondary School Certificate along with a relevant technical qualification in the specific discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
• Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with relevant supervisory expertise.
