Overview

We are seeking a qualified Production Equipment Operator for the B. Braun Avitum Saxonia GmbH production department at our Wilsdruff, Saxony site. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing machinery in the filter factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain uninterrupted functioning of production systems in the Wilsdruff filter plant.
• Independently operate specific manufacturing segments and manage associated materials.
• Perform setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting on machines including injection molding, assembly, and processing equipment.
• Monitor and document process quality; initiate necessary corrective actions to address deviations.
• Collaborate within the operator team and with production services to resolve process irregularities.
• Participate actively in responding to machine malfunctions.
• Engage in workshops aimed at enhancing process efficiency.

Professional Qualifications

• Preferably completed industrial-technical vocational training with prior professional experience.
• Motivated and capable of learning new production technologies.
• Willingness to work full continuous rotating shifts in cleanroom environments.
