Role Overview
As an Educator at Nido Early School, you will be supported by the Lead Educator, Early Childhood Teacher, and Leadership team to foster an enriching educational environment. This role offers either full-time or part-time positions and welcomes educators holding a Certificate 3 or Diploma.

Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Diploma or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification is essential.
- Availability to work full-time or part-time hours, including opening and closing shifts.
- Minimum two years' experience as an educator in a childcare service.
- Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to acquire.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework with ability to plan and deliver playful, engaging learning experiences.
- Confidence collaborating with parents and caregivers to meet each child’s individual needs and interests.
