Role Summary
The company is seeking an E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive who will be accountable for managing the complete lifecycle of orders from the company’s D2C website and other online marketplace platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and Pepperfry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end order processing, including generating shipping labels and monitoring delivery tracking.
- Ensure all orders are accurately fulfilled and dispatched in a timely manner.
- Handle post-sales activities such as customer service for returns, damaged goods, and warranty claims.
- Work to resolve customer issues efficiently and ethically, maintaining satisfaction throughout the post-purchase experience.
