Role overview
Join Xiaomi Technology in Singapore as an E-Commerce Manager to oversee online sales channels, coordinate business planning, maintain quality standards, and manage the overall performance of e-commerce operations.
Key responsibilities
You will shape and execute sales and operating plans for major e-commerce platforms in Singapore, including mi.com and official flagship stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The role focuses on delivering the company’s goals for GMV, profitability, inventory movement, market share, and growth.
In addition, you will build and sustain strong partnerships with important stakeholders across the local e-commerce landscape to expand reach and boost sales. You will also lead cross-functional initiatives and manage day-to-day e-commerce work such as product setup, pricing, promotions, and campaign execution.
A further part of the role is to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign results in detail, using those insights to refine strategy and improve commercial outcomes.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree is required. The ideal candidate should be highly adaptable, self-driven, and genuinely interested in e-commerce. Strong comfort with data is important, especially the ability to analyze traffic, user, and sales performance.
