Lakeer, operating under Paras Paper Mart, is a rapidly expanding consumer brand specializing in paper products distributed across multiple leading platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and their direct-to-consumer channel. Their mission is to supply high-quality paper designed for creators and manufacturers.

Role Summary

We're seeking a Junior Ecommerce Executive to manage daily marketplace operations and uphold catalog quality while facilitating advertising activities. This role suits someone with prior direct experience handling live marketplace accounts, adept at operating seller dashboards, and eager to grow within a dynamic and driven team. Reporting to the operations department, this position collaborates closely with the senior advertising team. Fresh graduates are not suitable candidates; experienced personnel with practical ecommerce exposure are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee marketplace activities on platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto, including maintaining listings, pricing, content quality, and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage catalog upkeep including adding new listings, updating content, uploading images and enhanced brand content, and ensuring error-free presentations across all platforms.
• Assist in advertising operations on Amazon and quick-commerce channels by preparing reports, processing bulk uploads, adjusting bids and budgets, and tracking weekly performance with direction from senior ads professionals.
• Coordinate inventory and order processes ensuring stock levels, supply replenishment, purchase orders, and scheduling are maintained appropriately for quick-commerce operations.
• Monitor critical metrics such as sales, Advertising Cost of Sale (ACOS), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and stock coverage, escalating any concerns promptly.
• Utilize Excel and Google Sheets extensively for data reporting, cleaning, and maintaining trackers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience between 6 months to 1 year in ecommerce or marketplace operational roles, including internships involving active seller accounts.
• Proficient with Amazon Seller Central; familiarity with Blinkit, Instamart, or Zepto seller dashboards is a beneficial addition.
• Basic understanding of Amazon advertising, including campaign setup, keyword management, bid strategies, and report analysis is advantageous.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, specifically in using filters, lookup functions, and pivot tables.
• Detail-focused, well-organized, and capable of managing activities across multiple ecommerce platforms efficiently.
• Must be based in Vadodara and able to work daily from the Bhayli Road office location.

Compensation and Location

The monthly remuneration ranges from INR 15,000 to 22,000. The employment location is onsite in Vadodara, Gujarat at the Bhayli Road office.
